Specific Notes
1. The power unit is of S3 duty, which can only be worked intermittently,i.e. 1minute on and 9 minutes off.
two. Clean all the hydraulic components concerned prior to installation of the energy unit.
3. Viscosity with the hydraulic oil shoud be 15~46 cst, which should also be clean and no cost of impurities, N46 hydraulic oil is advisable .
4. Check the oil level from the tank following the preliminary operation on the electrical power unit.
5. Oil modifying is required after the first a hundred operation hrs, afterwards when every 3000 hours.

General Description
This energy unit is deigned for anyone dock levellers which will need floating ramps with an emergency stop perform. The ramp will rise when the pump is working.The lip will expend automatically when the ramp cylinder finishes its stroke. The ramp cylinder will retract when the pump stops running. General Description
This Dock leveler power unit simply just raised the ramp once the motor is activated, once the ramp has reached complete extension the sequence shifts to extend the lip. The ramp and lip are lowered by separate solenoid valves when the descent. Both the ramp and lip f of each functions are controlled by a needle valve. The needle valves are adjustable to achieve the wanted descent speed of every function. The 2nd relief valve ensures the main platform to become floating below load when the dock leveler is being used for loading and unloading the items, therefore protecting the dock leveler correctly.
